JD: Head of Product

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager/Business Development Hybrid to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with potential clients in the web3 financial services space to understand their needs, gather requirements, and define product specifications. The ideal candidate should have a strong product development background with excellent communication skills, and a passion for business and relationship management. Experience in Tradefi and financial services would be a significant plus.

Responsibilities:

• Work with potential clients in the web3 financial services space to understand their needs and gather requirements to define product specifications.
• Identify and prioritize potential clients, and develop strategies to acquire new customers.
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide the best solutions to meet those needs.
• Develop and manage the product roadmap, including prioritizing features, developing timelines, and managing the overall product development process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product marketing and sales strategies.
• Manage and track the success of product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to ensure the company is always innovating and ahead of the competition.
